Please bring your anchor and mooring line and arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Bring a second 100′ rope for tethering the tail of your aircraft to the shoreline. The Boat Taxi will be available to provide mooring assistance and rides to shore.
All Floatplanes and Seaplanes are welcome. No wheel planes permitted without prior permission from the Airport Manager!

Back by popular demand! Come join your fellow interior aviators on the hottest gravel strip north of the Alaska Range for an afternoon full of falling pumpkins (Weather Permitting) High wing, low wing, no wing? Come one come all! Bring the husband/wife, the kids, grandma, and the dog because you’re not going to want to miss this.
Of course, fire and food will follow the event! Prizes for first, second, and third place will be awarded.
Gold King is a public strip with private cabin lots. Please be respectful and pack out your trash.
