Pumpkin Drop & Chili/Cornbread Cookoff

Saturday, October 18, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
0AA7 - KALIFONSKY MEADOWS, KENAI
Attention families! On October 18, Kenai Aviation will be dropping pumpkins out of an airplane. Yes, real pumpkins. They will fall. They will smash. You will clap. If you miss it, you’ll have to wait until next year and complain about it at the coffee shop.

Down on the ground, there will be food trucks selling actual food (not “bussin,” just edible). There will be bonfires (the warm kind, not “cozy-core rizz”). And we’re hosting a food drive because that’s just called being neighborly.

Think of it like a county fair, but colder and with more smashed produce. Bring your kids, bring your friends, and wear your flannel.
